Hi! Thank you for checking out my blog! My name is Amber and I'm a mom who loves to create.
Kypress is a nickname that was given to me back in 2004. The "creative nerd" group of friends I had liked to co-create worlds with characters and write stories about them. Therefore, each of us was delegated a character. I was "Kypress, the siren Queen of Neptune--an island not unlike Atlantis on the planet Bloo."
I really liked the name, and she was the highest royal character I'd ever been given, so she kind of stuck around.
2006 was the year I graduated. That was also the year that I really got into crafting--took jewelry classes, crocheted things for people, the whole shebang. That was when I started creating Kypress Designs in my head.
