Apologies!

I'm sorry! I still haven't finished up those new pieces yet--OR found my patterns that I wanted to share with y'all.  It seems like the universe has something out for me lately. If I'm not sick, someone else in the family is!  And we're still fighting my three-and-a-half year old for potty training (we're almost out of diapers; if she's not on the pot by then, well, she's outta luck because we can't buy anymore).
And then Saturday at work (I posted this on facebook and twitter), I had a pregnancy brain moment.  I'd started brewing decaf... about half way through the pot, I forgot that I'd just started it and didn't seem to see the stream of boiling liquid. I tried to dump the coffee grounds. Instead I burned my hand pretty good.  [BY THE WAY, did you know that yellow mustard helps with burns? I didn't, but everyone else at McDonald's did!  and it really does help.]  I can use it now--it still hurts to grip my pliers, so I won't be doing jewelry for a few more days, but I can crochet now!
My husband has a sinus infection and his nose won't quit bleeding.  We spent 3 hours at the doctor's office today--I had an OB appointment to check on our little boy and we were trying to get him seen by a physician's assistant (spent half hour in waiting room, hour in the room waiting for the doc, half hour in check up, half hour waiting for his appointment, half hour in room with the p.a.)--a lot of the issue today was their system kept crashing. But we're always waiting an hour or more for my doctor.  It's that way no matter who I'm seeing.  But, back to the hubs. So he's pretty worthless right now.  No matter what pain killer he uses, it quits after about two hours. Ibuprofen does nothing for him, acetaminophen just dulls the pain, Alleve took the pain away completely--but then came back full force after a few hours.. My poor hubby.  I wish I could do something to take away the pain.... besides, you know, knocking him out.  Really don't want to add a concussion to his already long list of ailments.
Feel free to look around my facebook page. There are a lot of really awesome shops with giveaways going on--and ALL of them have really awesome items!  I love each and every one of them!  I still need to update my link list here on the blog. But, until then, check out facebook! And, as always, my shop at storenvy is open  (I still need to get kypress designs fixed and running again.)
If you have any questions or any suggestions, feel free to e-mail me at kypressdesigns@gmail.com !  I hope you are all having a wonderful year so far!
